Venue
Veloria Grand has 30+ halls across 17 venues in Bangalore. At the Hosa Road flagship in Singasandra there are three AC banquet halls for 50–300 guests, with shared parking and 52 on-site hotel rooms. The booking desk shares hall line-ups and capacities for every other venue.

Weddings, receptions, engagements, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries and corporate events - the flagship's three halls cover intimate 50-guest functions up to 300-guest celebrations.
Choose an intimate hall. At the Hosa Road flagship, the intimate hall is sized for 50–100 guests, so it feels full and warm at 50 and you are not paying for unused space; the booking desk can suggest similar rooms at our other venues.

Pricing
Just call or WhatsApp us with your date and guest count. Plates start at Rs.599; once we know your menu and which hall you need, you get a proper written quote — usually the same day.
Base venue usage, standard setup support, housekeeping alignment, operational supervision, and utility readiness are included. Premium decor/media services are optional add-ons.
Per-plate catering starts at Rs.599. Final per-plate cost depends on the menu (veg/non-veg, live counters) and guest count; you get a written quote before any advance.

Catering & vendors
In-house catering is the default and holds our per-plate pricing. Outside caterers are considered case-by-case — discuss your menu with the booking desk, and our team coordinates timings with approved vendors.
Yes. Bar service is in-house, operated under the venue’s excise permit; outside liquor is not brought in. The booking desk arranges bar packages.
Decorators and entertainment teams of your choice are welcome at no fee. Catering is in-house by default, with outside caterers considered case-by-case by the booking desk.

Yes, external decorator and entertainment teams are welcome. We recommend sharing vendor entry schedules in advance for smoother execution.
Yes — outside decorators and outside cake are allowed at no fee. We do not charge ring-platter fees, decoration access fees or cake-cutting fees. Catering is in-house by default (this is what lets us hold per-plate pricing); outside caterers are considered case-by-case by the booking desk. Bar service is in-house under our excise permit. Booking
For weekend dates, try to book 4-6 weeks ahead — Saturdays go first, every time. Weekday functions can often be confirmed within the same week. Your decorator will want the hall a few hours before guests arrive; we sort that schedule out with you at booking.
For prime weekends, we recommend immediate booking desk contact. Site visits are best scheduled as soon as your event date window is identified.

Typically under 15 minutes during business hours (9 AM – 11 PM, all days). WhatsApp is fastest because the desk runs WhatsApp Business with read receipts, so you can see the message has been seen. Outside hours we reply first thing the next morning.
Four things make our first reply useful: event type (wedding, engagement, birthday etc.), guest count band, tentative date or window, and which hall format you are leaning toward — Intimate hall (50–100), mid-size hall (100–180) or large hall (180–300). With these we can come back with availability and an indicative per-plate quote in a single message instead of three rounds of questions.

Payment & cancellation
25–50% of the estimated bill, depending on the date band and hall. Peak season weekend slots (November–February, Saturday muhurthams) usually need higher advance. Cancellation terms are written into the booking confirmation — refunds scale with how far ahead of the event date the cancellation lands.

Guest facilities
Yes - 52 on-site hotel rooms priced around Rs.2,500-3,000 per night, so outstation family can stay in the same building as the function.

Veloria Grand is a short drive from Hosa Road Metro Station on the Yellow Line, with 60+ on-site car parking. Easy auto and cab access from HSR, BTM, Bommanahalli, Begur and Electronic City — most guests reach in 15–25 minutes.
