Four things make our first reply useful: event type (wedding, engagement, birthday etc.), guest count band, tentative date or window, and which hall format you are leaning toward — Pearl (50–100), Grand (100–180) or Royal (180–300). With these we can come back with availability and an indicative per-plate quote in a single message instead of three rounds of questions.
Yes. Submit the event brief form, WhatsApp the desk, or call directly. Site visits are 30–45 minute walk-throughs of all three halls, the parking, and the on-site hotel rooms — no booking commitment required. Weekday afternoons are quietest if you want to see layouts without an event in progress.
25–50% of the estimated bill, depending on the date band and hall. Peak season weekend slots (November–February, Saturday muhurthams) usually need higher advance. Cancellation terms are written into the booking confirmation — refunds scale with how far ahead of the event date the cancellation lands.
Yes — outside decorators and outside cake are allowed at no fee. We do not charge ring-platter fees, decoration access fees or cake-cutting fees. Catering is in-house by default (this is what lets us hold per-plate pricing); outside caterers are considered case-by-case by the booking desk. Bar service is in-house under our excise permit. Easy auto and cab access from HSR, BTM, Bommanahalli, Begur and Electronic City — most guests reach in 15–25 minutes.
